because QA is the big thing here. Take advantage of the "boot camp" period, spend time now making macros for everything you can think of so as you become more comfortable with the account, your speed will increase without having to try. It took me 2 months to get comfortable enough that I could actually set a line rate goal for myself. I did a lot of crying in that time, worrying, and making myself miserable.
