Tier 3 too. Everyone else must be too because I also get a ton of clinic and psych notes in between a ton of NJA with a few OPs mixed in. I guess the multiple CPs are not all the worst I’ve seen, at least there’s that. But I love tier 3 and could zoom along on OPs all day if I could just get them again!!! No idea what happened to our work but just so aggravating.
