Please see my response below. I work at MModal/AQuity and have used Fluency for a decade. Unless there are multiple other versions that I don’t know about, you can’t import from Word. I had to create my expansions file from scratch when I started, even though I had a great one on Word. Now that I think about it, in training we were told how to get into Fluency back then to create it. So again, unless that has changed or there are some other Fluency versions out there, you can’t. I’m sure asking the prospective company is solid advice, though.
