If they would pay more, then more people might work. A lousy penny bonus, woo hoo, and people like you lap it up like it's 25 pennies more.

MTSO too cheap and greedy to pay more, dont enforce any scheduling rules for shifts, so what do they expect but people will work when they feel like it and then MTSO whines and cries about nobody working.

MTSO so greedy and desperate to get that account that they will bid low as possible, and then who suffers when all is said and done? Then the nerve to tell us you can work as much as you want and earn as much as you want.

I say tough rocks. Pay a little more, you might get more dedication and loyalty. Pay cheapskate wages and too bad if nobody wants to work and you lose the account. It's strictly business, nothing personal. That's what they tell us all the time, right? Client wont pay more so we cant pay more. No, but you expect us to constantly take LESS in order to line your own pockets, dont you?
