I have challenged several audits and have had - A nobody

the scores changed because the auditor was wrong. I've also been told I'm wrong about an audit being wrong, even when I provided proof from the Chicago Manual of Style on a point of grammar. That's been a huge point of contention with me -- why in the world would they take points off for a GRAMMAR issue when I can provide a reputable source to back it up?
