challenge an audit when a product name was changed to something else in one of my reports by QA and it caused me to fail an audit. I just couldn't let that go when I was 100 percent sure that what I heard was correct. I sent an email to PC explaining my reasons for why I felt the name I heard the MD use was correct and not the other name it was changed to by QA. PC reviewed it and agreed with me and changed my score. It happens. Everyone hears things differently, but it can really mess up your scores if these things are not your fault. We work too hard to take on other people's mistakes.
