quite frequently. They're not the bigger MTSOs, but definitely used.

Nuance just doesn't know how to bow out of VDI now. They know it's a mess and an ineffective, clunky, out-of-date program, but they're going to carry through at any cost to prevent backlash from the MTSOs who've, undoubtedly, spent many, many man hours implementing, managing, and installing VDI, and also not to mention requiring all their MTs to update computers or purchase new computers and the loss of many seasoned and long-term MTs who've refused to work under the thumb of Nuance ever again (especially as low-paid independent contractors with no benefits, having to sign a contract taking responsibility for anything that happens - just not worth it!).
