because if you don't have a pay stub outlining what taxes, Medicare, FICA have been deducted from your check, and she doesn't submit those tax payments to states and federal, then you have NO evidence that you paid those taxes.

If you have evidence then you'll be okay because the company will always ultimately be responsible for those taxes, even personally. The IRS will lien and seize everything they own if they don't submit those payroll deposits.

However, each employee MUST keep record of their pay in case they go down.

Also, this is very important when it comes time to apply for unemployment. If the company hasn't been paying their UE taxes, state and federal, then each MT is going to have to prove they worked there (with pay stubs), and I assure you the company will be investigated.
