Audio rate pay for general transcribing, I know it has been - discussed here before SM

and anything below $1 per audio minute is too low, is that correct?

Then by that, $20 per audio hour is way too low, and then 6 cents every 15 audio seconds is a magnificent total of 24 cents a minute?

Is anyone doing general right now and could give me a wage figure to ask for, that you're currently getting?

I'm looking at a company and they are asking me what my desired rate would be and I have only those pathetic numbers above to go by right now.

I suck at math, forgive me.
