It does in fact say not to leave a trailing 0 in BOS and in English classes; however, in measurements (as in this case) we leave it as the decimal point and 0 is showing a precise measurement and should leave the 0. This is true for height and laboratory studies. Now If you want to get off your high horse and stop insulting people and actually use that brain you were given, you would know that.
