Used to have a manager who would give credit if sent email with specifics. Have a different manager but now when this happens I make a note of when this occurs, time that is, and do speed it up but listen all the way through and then note end time. Then, I put that time in Workforce and put it as downtime because that is exactly what it is, and it's not a fault of ours, so try that. Your manager might not go for it, but it's worth a try. It is absolutely not fair to not get paid for these doctors who don't pay attention to what the heck they're doing.
