that was 3 days long!! The idiot had not disconnected on Friday afternoon and it recorded background noise over the entire weekend. Their transcription program was such that I had to fast forward and listen to three days' worth of nothing. It was his habit, though, of leaving the phone off the hook, recording background talking (I heard some interesting gossip!), and then coming back on to dictate a report, then leaving the phone recording, etc. etc. This guy liked to talk about his cowboy boots.
