If he signs off on the report and I can see it is still running, I just fast forward and log off. If they came back on oh well, not my fault. Pay attention to what you are doing or I send it to QA. I am sick and tired of doing free work for these companies. Let them fix it. Same with cc's, not there in the database or it is a common name last name, no first name, I send it to the client. Can't find the patient, send it to the client. I do it only once and that's my limit.
They have paid clerks to take care of this stuff, it should not be up to us and the biggest slap in the face, we aren't even paid for it. Sheesh!
