The dictator likely knew the family's religious affiliation. Well, exxuuuuse him. Even if he didn't, that was his way of praying for the patient. If he were saying a Muslim or Jewish prayer, would you be so upset? Probably not. You are just a Christian hater.
Prayers come from the heart, and it obviously came from his heart. That's all that should matter to you. I am no holy roller, believe me, but you are out of bounds here.
