fast and furious with a lot of MTSOs out there. I work for MM/AQ and can absolutely tell the quality of the dictation has gone completely downhill, particularly over the past several months and new accounts are being added almost weekly. Of course, this is what's happening. The better dictators are moving to other systems to handle their documentation. This must be why more and more accounts keep coming in - obviously to replace the dictators who have left! Otherwise, we would be swamped with work right now and that's not the case. Only plenty of lousy dictation that all sounds the same and the only speed you can go through it is very, very slow in order to get anything even remotely intelligible out of it.
