The ultimate goal is the elimination of all U.S. MTs, by whatever means. We're just too "expensive" (somehow, still ... consider how much more money must be going into the pockets of the suits and others who leech off of us if at the pay we get now we're STILL considered too expensive). Never mind how the quality of the medical records will suffer and also patient care due to either ESL MTs or doctors having to produce their own medical reports now instead of us.
