Technical downtime Feb 7 ticket number? - dnr

Last night I got NJA. This morning TSM sends an email that "power hours" are needed because there was a technical problem last night. There was no way to know I was getting NJA due to an IT problem. Certainly I want to get paid for not being able to work, especially as I have no way to make up the hours not worked due to "NJA" because I work on Saturday. Now TSM wants a ticket number. I cannot afford to go without 4 hours of pay.
