I cannot call the TSM because I work so late. I get sick of the fact that no one working past the day shift has anyone to call and get an answer. Just left to wing it. Guess I should call IT whenever I get NJA to check on the system status. The TSM emails that there was technical problems last night and now the work is backlogged, so I know she knows the situation, and yet I am being given the run around by her.
