I thought malignant neoplasm not otherwise specified was referring to, for example, the retroperitoneal carcinoma example where it's not specified as primary or secondary. It seems awkwardly written. It would make more sense if it said "metastatic malignant neoplasm not otherwise specified."
I coded C48.0 for "retroperitoneal carcimoma" and C78.6 is considered the correct answer. I do wonder why the C80.1 wasn't coded, probably an oversight.
