business model, etc, isn't going to change pennies per line or the way they treat their employees. The bottom line is money and the more they can line their pockets and keep the investors, shareholders, global money people happy the better. Having been on both sides of the game, as an MT and in management, I can tell you that everyone from your account manager on up does not care about who does the work as long as it gets done and the cheaper the better.
