are still going through the same thing. What the hell is wrong with those people?? After all these months, nothing is working right. I worry like you do that eventually they are just going to say they cannot fix it and you're out of work totally. They all make me sick.

I call total BS on VDI being used for security. Nothing more than way for N to control the MTs and make them pay instead of MTSOs for out of TAT, errors, FIESA scores, etc. N like Big Brother.
