I posted it because it reminded me of how the MTSOs operate-- the "head cheeses" get the bonuses while the MTs get "laid off" and/or told to work harder for pennies. They get laid off and the work is sent to India. Get it? The "head cheeses" don't understand why it's not working with everybody "steering" and getting the big bucks and the MTs who actually do the work are just like the "paddlers" in the joke. I really didn't expect anybody to take it seriously about GM and Toyota.
