and they squeeze as few pennies as possible out of that to pay us, keeping the main amount for themselves.
I have a fairly decent account for a MTSO, and they say there will never be a raise for us because that's all the facility will pay to them. Sadly, that's the mindset now. Bottom line. Facilities outsource the work as cheap as possible to MTSOs who then hire ICs cheap, but still bitch about late TAT and no patient care concerns, etc, etc, but they are too freakin cheap to pay scheduled employees to keep TAT and have someone there to type on time.
Let it all go out of TAT, let them all lose their business, their homes, and everything they own - like they've caused many of us to do.
