mistakes, so it makes no difference whether they're bad or good, it's supposed to be perfect and there's no grading curve. They could care less whether we make money or not, it's their pockets that they want filled, and sometimes they get paid less because of our mistakes. Oh darn, might have to dip into the 401K to make that Mercedes payment...
