Every time I log in on VDI I get different...sm - MT

responses and I don't know what is right because no one has issued a guide. I either get "no servers available to log in" or I get VDI/Citrix connected and it shows their desktop to log in but that does't pull my AutoCorrects/Word settings or it shows it's connected but not that and I work on my regular PC but it all says it's connected. Totally unstable and gosh only knows what is correct???
