Question for you or other VDI users...sm - just got VDI

They installed it and the guy was so accented I couldn't understand a word he said and he couldn't understand me asking to speak to someone who speaks better. It looks like when you're logged in that you actually activate EditScript through their computer? If so why in the world did we all have to buy MS Word and where are my autocorrects? I shut it down and went back to my regular version of ES to work.
