This has been happening the past 10 years to thousands of MTs everywhere. You're very lucky you've lasted this long. Epic has been in existence for 20 years now.
Sorry, but MT is dead everywhere, and anyone who thinks they're spared, especially those still working for hospitals, have their heads in the sand.
