shove all the sh*t off on us. Nobody at the hospital wants to waste their valuable time or offend the holier-than-thou doctors by telling them to straighten up, push it off on the MTSOs to do the crap work while telling them if they dont take the account someone else will be glad to. The sad part is, there is always be a MTSO who will take the sh*t work and promise the facility to do miracles for the crap dictators, then it gets pushed on us and all the responsibility is on us and we get blamed, faulted, criticized, disciplined and wages cut for all the dictators' lazy habits.
