This whole profession has become nothing but a giant fuster cluck. Desperate to scrounge clients the MTSOs are promising TAT and quality miracles when they're not the ones doing the work, hiring us as ICs on penny wages to get around the employee status, guarantees never enough people on any given account to become familiar with it and be able to have speed and quality.

Most people are not lucky enough to have only one account with a range of several dictators they know well and are familiar with.

Small MTSO or large, they all have a good amount of crap dictators that are so prevalent in any account and hardly anyone can make enough money. This because the facilities are so lazy they won't take responsibility and make the dictators straighten up.
