because of the crash and subsequent problems. Because of the possibility of a law suit, these accounts decided to wait until their contract with N was up, and then chose to move onto some other service.
Contrary to what a few keep spewing all over this board, N is not the only game in town. Because other MTSOs are being cautious and quiet about acquiring prior N accounts I think is a good thing, but you will have the "clueless" and uninformed, as you stated, hit the dislike and never bother to educate themselves. Makes for better job opportunities for those of us that do.
