Pay days are established in the IC contracts and so far I've actually been paid BEFORE the posted official date. As far as the rates go EVERYONE has cut their editing rates to 4 cpl as "N" has cut their pricing they pay to the vendors. Stinks but we're stuck or have to figure out how to find work away from them.
