Mine was changed to my Nuance ID s/m - Anon

Brand new, out of the box system. I have an IT person coming by today to look at the new system. I find it funny that since the install was done, there are certain programs I cannot use on any other computer in my house, including my phone when it is connected to my wi-fi. I'm suspicious that changes were made to my gateway. I know changes were made to my home network; I have it recorded what the tech was doing. There are things enabled and disabled in my firewalls. I want to know what anitmalware they are going to use to scan our systems. I did not see any downloaded.
