You will continue to do the same work on the same accounts you did before during your transition blah blah blah, but fail to tell you as soon as the hospital you worked for is ready to go live on THEIR IN-HOUSE END, your jobs will quickly change and your work load will decrease and you will be out of work more than with work. Then you might get placed on multiple accounts, though I know of some who are on multiple accounts and others who are not and only getting a few jobs each 8-hour shift. Again, this is just poor management, or perhaps sly, cunning management for the benefit of M*MODAL.
