I politely disagree. Quality is not the end-all be-all - to transcription work. Too many

years of being brow beaten by these companies to produce near 100% quality has made MTs believe that should be the case. Quality ratings, when they began, used to be 95% and they have creeped up to the higher 99.99999%. That is the doing of the companies trying to contract with hospitals, that we are faster because of VR, better, more accurate, faster turnaround time. There is a limited amount of marketing items to haggle about. But when the quality standards are this high and we are still audited and critiqued to death, then it's not about quality anymore. It's about control. MTs are not the only ones responsible for being accurate and good at our jobs. Every other level involved using the middle man should be perfect, too. Allowing and sending work to India shows me that quality is not a big concern.
