If the dictators didn’t still want perfection from us, we’d have long since been replaced by India, Dragon, or some type of VR. The high standards are good, it’s the pay that needs to increase back up to where it was before the industry hoped to replace us with the above and failed. The only reason India and VR failed is because the quality is so poor, the doctors spend too much time proofing or just trying to decipher the nonsense from other doctors by India or Dragon. So now they are beginning to demand us or scribes, which is a good first step. That and the dictators used to be given classes and we could have discussions, and now it’s all one sided on us. That needs to change, too.
