Demanding perfection is always a warning sign to me. You'll spend more time trying to make the company happy than have time to crank the work out and make a wage. I quit them a long time ago. When will these companies tell the clients that we type the stuff as well as you dictate it. Beyond that, you are in charge of proofreading and correcting your work. We aren't mind readers. You set that level of expectation so high then the client expects it and then one tiny error seems huge to the client and then they complain. The responsibility is the client's to dictate what they want and how they want it.
