No, it isn't right. Kinda' makes you wonder if they're gearing up for layoffs soon. This is the 2nd downtime due to their equipment that they're not paying downtime for and they should be turned in, but are there enough effected that cound warrant a class action or something like that?
Hopefully with all that N is pulling, someone somewhere has started an investigation into all of the MTSO's and the ways they rip off the MTs, and one day they will be hit so hard with having to pay past and present MTs so much, they'll go out of business. I don't wish for anyone to be unemployed, but if we were paid all that we were due and had been cheated out of over the years with the introduction of SR, we could get unemployment and have enough money to tide us over until we could find another job or in some cases, retire!
