massive research for others. **Follow along.** If a company does not do any overflow or covers contract obligations for N and Ns clients, N has no legal right to force any company/MTs to sign a contract allowing N complete access to someone's computer through the VDI. Independent companies that are installing VDI do so with their own IT people, not Ns IT people. Not one **single time** was I asked by an independent company to sign the intrusive contract N put in place for companies doing N **overflow** or N **clients**. Pretty simple to see N wants total control. Since N can **scan** your computer at any time, without your knowledge because you signed a contract permitting that, N can also see what other clients **you** personally work on outside of Ns control. They can view the reports you did, what you did, how much did...all because you agreed to that by the contract you signed with N.
