As "okay" as it gets anymore, anyway.
But if they only have an ad on that other MT jobs site, then I would be very, very wary. It's probably because they aren't allowed to post here due to not meeting the minimum 4 cpl and 8 cpl Job Seeker's Board requirements or because they're offshore.
The exception to the offshore prohibition here is apparently just the Australian companies, I guess because they pay so well.
Also, if you see "NO OFFSHORE APPLICANTS," that obviously doesn't mean the company isn't offshore themselves (amazingly). Learned that one myself a long time ago.
There can be some exceptions to my warning. My current company can't post here because they don't meet the minimum cpl for just standard transcription (at only 7 cpl), but they do for VR, and since VR is 99% of what I do, I'm okay with that. For now. I think I found them on Indeed.com? Not on the other MT jobs site, I know that.
Or maybe I found them by doing a Google "site" search for some parameter (like probably emdat inscribe, at the time). I really can't remember, lol. Anyway, this is how you do a Google search for MT Stars past posts (works better than the Archives search here). Enter into the Google search box:
site:forum.mtstars.com descriptiveword or words
