Your nasty side is showing. Do your supervisors know that you have just shown what kind of people they have in the higher positions of their company? It really isn't a good idea to try to denigrate people you want to hire. You are giving the company a bad name.

What I find entertaining is that you felt the need to try and brag about your "higher education." Frankly, someone who spent all those years to learn a profession and ends up making $20,000 a year as a scribe is not someone from whom I would take advice or have any confidence in their opinions.

And, if you can hire people without medical knowledge to be scribes, then why do you want MTs? Could it be that MTs, with all their medical knowledge, are a much better choice?
