This was also on all ESLs and work that they could not send to India or the Philippines. Then we all had to go over 8 hours to make their minimum 200 lph requirement. They did not want OT, so if you wanted to keep your job, you then had to lie. That was also not good for the Labor Board. SO, hence we now have ICs. We might be better off taking those illegal immigrant jobs that are open now.
