If a work type has a 4 hour or 12 hour turnaround time, the stat job doesn't go behind all the work before it, it still goes to the first person that has an empty queue. I never paused a job to work on a stat. Jobs don't ever take that long to finish. I just did it when I finished the job I was on, which is the same way it works now.
