Not being burned?

Well, I for one have absolutely no sympathy for this practice on their part, considering they could probably much more efficiently cut the MT staff down considerably and make sure that every MT left had full work for those accounts which require US MTs. Instead, they are just offloading the work and leaving us with very slim pickings, with few reports left to do and needing to keep checking back all hours of the day. Great capacity optimization management, right? For them, anyway.

So basically, they are making us, their actual employees, do the overflow rather than the contractors. Noice.

It stinks and they should not treat us like that. They obviously don't care if they burn their bridges with MTs, the fact we have insufficient work to constitute an actual job does not bother them in the least.
