It's temporary. MModal doesn't want to be in the transcription business anymore. They're paying 6/10 cpl when everyone else (except Nuance) is paying 3/7 cpl. Once they done vendors for all the accounts, we'll all be let go. They still make a little bit of money on transcription, so they'll continue to outsource to US companies.
