Help with negotiating - CPL Posted: May 7th, 2018 - 2:12 pm
I have an upcoming interview with a local MD office for a possible MT position. I'm not really sure what a fair price CPL would be working as an IC under them (the work would be from home). I have 10 years of experience in pretty much a little of everything. I've been swindled by the big MTSOs and don't want to be taken advantage of, but I also realize only 10 years of experience is not a lot compared to some MTs and I don't want to ask too much. What is a fair going rate?
