you will be ineligible for unemployment in most states. Spend your NJA time looking for a new job. I went on partial unemployment (so if they get rid of my job it'll be obvious it wasn't for cause) and I am putting in applications almost daily. If I find a new job, I'll use up my PTO and then quit with no notice.
