Average ratio is 3:1, i.e., it would take 3 hours of transcription (straight typing) to transcribe 1 hour of dictation.
For a quick transcriptionist, 2 hours of dictation would take 4 hours. However, on average, it would take 6 hours.
The above is my knowledge based on 40 years of experience. Others may have other opinions.
