I was laid off in November 2017 after 11 years, MT tier 3, but as you said, they pick apart your work just to get errors. Found out now that even though I was laid off for "reorganization" reasons, they also put on my file that I could not be rehired because of these dumb QA issues as you mention, even though when I was laid off, I was consistently getting 100% scores. Now I am also told that I could not be rehired, but that they are also not hiring at all, even though their ads are all over the job post sites. I will be reporting MModal to the labor board! We should all be contacting our local hospitals, or hospital accounts that we worked on, to let them know these issues, and that their work is being outsourced to India!
