and called the client to tell them their audio was inaudible and it needed to be redictated. If they refused, her saying was "do the best you can, garbage in, garbage out." Those days are long gone. Now it's all about the $$$. "Don't want to lose the client, if you can't do it, we'll find someone who can." My response was "well, good luck with that."
