Bonus pay, another oops? Confused based on - email received today regarding

Decision they apparently made to pay $1000 bonus for 40 hours worked during the weeks of June 26th - July 14th (approximately 2 week span). I clearly worked 40 hours during this time period, evidenced by the incentive pay that was (finally) paid out in this last payroll. I didn't receive the $1000 bonus though based on this "new" criteria. Did anyone else or is anyone else confused by the latest communication? Is this going to be another "oops" error in communication do ya think?
